Refund and Shipping Policy

1. All orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable UNLESS it’s the fault of pHree Living Co. 

2. Our shipping guarantee is 7-21 business days. It could be slightly longer during COVID 19 due to delays with USPS and UPS.

3. Customer service is extremely important to us. If you have an issue with your order, send an email to hello@pHreeLivingCo.com for resolution.

4. All orders MUST be placed through the website, unless you are in store making a purchase. 

5. In store and local pickup may or may not always be available.
